The 4th Annual Charley Clayton Memorial Peep Festival will be held April 10th & 11th 2026 at Fairmont State University.  It is our mission “to honor the life and legacy of Charley Clayton through an annual springtime celebration highlighting individuality, self-expression and inclusion.”

 

The Peep Festival Committee is looking for businesses, organizations, or individuals who would like to sponsor the festival, whether through general sponsorship or the sponsorship of a specific event.  Attached is a list of events and the sponsorship amounts for each event.  Please contact us if you need more information on a particular event.

 

We are expecting even larger crowds for this 4th annual event.  It is a great opportunity to advertise!  All businesses or individuals who choose to sponsor an event will be recognized by signs displayed at the event, on our Facebook page, and in other ways as the opportunity presents.  Sponsors also may have the opportunity to set up a booth at the festival.  If your business or organization is interested in setting up a booth at the festival, please contact the festival to receive a vendor application.  Small fees do apply; however, Platinum and Gold donor sponsors are welcome to set up a booth at the festival free of vendor fees. 

 

The festival welcomes and appreciates sponsorships of any amount, whether large or small.  As the Festival is a §501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, your donation is a fully deductable charitable contribution for federal tax purposes.

How will your donation and community support work to improve your business?

 

  • Platinum Sponsors--$1,000 or more:

    • 2 signs on display at the event.

    • Announcement of sponsorship on all marketing materials pertaining to the event sponsored.

    • A booth set up at the festival free of vendor fees.

  • Gold Sponsors--$500.00 - $999.00:

    • 1 sign on display at the event.

    • Announcement of sponsorship on marketing materials pertaining to event sponsored.

    • A booth set up at the festival free of vendor fees.

  • Silver Sponsors--$250.00 - $499.00:

    • 1 sign on display at the event.

    • Announcement of sponsorship during event.

  • Bronze Sponsors--$100.00 - $249.00:

    • Will be listed along with other sponsors on a sign at festival events. 

 

  • All Sole-named Sponsorships for individual events will be recognized as THE sponsor of the event and recognized accordingly as opportunity presents.

 

  • Some events that you may choose to sponsor in part or whole include:

                *    Children’s Pageant                                 *   Peep Cook Off

                *    Easter Egg Hunt                                     *   Hoop Off Competition
